Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $99: FREE standard shipping
Orders under $99: Flat rate $9.99

Delivery Times

Standard (USPS Priority / UPS Ground): 5–7 business days
Expedited (UPS 2-Day): 2–3 business days

Service Area

We currently ship within the continental United States (48 states). We do not ship internationally, to PO Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Check your shipping confirmation email or log into your account to view your order status.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 7 days at support@topgungoods.store with your order number. We’ll make it right.
