How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 5–7 business days; expedited in 2–3 business days. We ship within the continental United States.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — orders over $99 ship free via USPS Priority Mail. Orders under $99 have a flat $9.99 shipping rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. See our Payment & Security page for details.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened products in original packaging. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details on how to initiate a return.
Are your products tested?
Yes. Every batch of every product undergoes independent third-party testing for potency, purity, and contaminants before it ships. We publish Certificates of Analysis (COAs) where available.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States (48 states). We do not ship internationally at this time.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account or contacting us with your order number.
Do you offer gift cards or bulk orders?
